Action Performed:

  1. Add a Ready to build label to your PR
  2. Run the Build and deploy Apps for testing GH action for that PR
  3. Wait ~40min
  4. Notice that the web link is broken, e.g. Allow keyboard shortcuts to work on native devices #14767 (comment)

Expected Result:

Link should work

Link does not work
