Timestamp for the messages are not updated after changing the timezone in profile

2. Choose any report, open Settings => Profile => Timezone, change the timezone.
3. Notice that the time of messages don't change until you refresh the page.

Proposal:

The Localize HOC is not hooked into the currentUserPersonalDetails timezone changes. We just need to add the currentUserPersonalDetails in and then pass the selected timezone to datetimeToCalendarTime() and they will update in realtime.
