Issue found when executing PR #12737

Action Performed:

1. Go to URL https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. In the email input, start typing your credentials
3. Let the password manager/keyboard autocomplete your login credentials

Expected Result:

Should be no yellow background colour when the password manager/keyboard autocomplete the login credentials

Actual Result:

Yellow background colour is present when the password manager/keyboard autocomplete the login credentials
