When uploading a document, if you try to upload the same document more than once the preview doesn't appear.

Platform - version:

Webapp the current version on Expensify.cash (don't see a version listed)

Action Performed (reproducible steps):

Click the attachment button and select a file. Whether you upload it to the chat or close it doesn't matter. Try uploading the same document again and the preview doesn't show up.

Expected Result:

To show the preview and upload button every time any file even if a duplicate file it uploaded

Actual Result:

Nothing occurs

I apologize but I am not able to test this. I seem to be having two issues at this time. When trying to upload a file it seems to load forever:

and my old documents sent when I made this issue are no longer available to view:

When you say file, what type of file is it? How large is it? Thanks!

It is a pdf, the same as I used in the video above. It is a 1-page pdf that is 14KB

This issue still occurring and I posted in slack as well. Here is a video: https://recordit.co/hZE6vuEfnO
The solution to this issue is to update onChange in this file src/components/AttachmentPicker/index.js.
Just need to add e.target.value = ''; in onChange method like this way

1. Navigate to a new chat
2. Upload a file as an attachment from the file picker (see it upload successfully)
3. Upload the same file as an an attachment from the file picker (nothing happens)
4. Upload a different file as an attachment from the file picker (see it upload successfully)
5. Upload that same file as an attachment from the file picker (nothing happens)
