Unwanted space character in Credit line

After the PPer's name is a space before the comma.

I'm not certain of the cause, but it seems likely the PPer has set their credit name to "Other" on their preferences page and inadvertently added a space to the end of their name.

Since PPVers copy/paste this credit line into the PG upload form, that could go unnoticed and appear in the final book.

Stripping leading/trailing spaces from "Other" credit names would fix this, if that is the cause.

Interestingly, the user has a space in their Real Name field. We treat that as an opaque field in the code and just store/retrieve it.

The credit line, however, is generated in a central place and it would be simple to fix this there.
