I changed the ref to "yes" in line 137, so as to be consistent with the lectures and ofcourse in order to be correct. It was set to "no".
Changed "z" to "s" in summarise in lines 130 and 139. Running the commands would produce the following error Error: argument "by" is missing, with no default
