What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

The profiling memory leak workflow will support more runtimes.
Let's remove the explicit "Java and Go" mentions in the documentation for the memory leak workflow.

Add cross for .NET supporting Memory leaks in "Language and Library Versions for Profiler Features" page.
Add links to the memory leak page in the "Enabling the .NET Profiler" page.

Bonus: fixed the broken alert div in the "Troubleshooting the Java Profiler" page
