Issue regarding position When 2 Banner whowing same time

I have shown 2 banners 1st is Statusbar at the top And 2nd is GrowingBar at the bottom. But i have an issue with the position when both shown at the same time.

I have attached 2 images 1st is normal when a single banner and 2nd is when both banners show . see that red mark circle

Please check the below image and I hope anyone has an answer that How to solve it
