Fix gRPC Server Interceptor exception fallback and improve rich error validation.

Exceptionis raised, it aborts with a rich error status, with agrpc_error_codeas argument. However,Exceptiondoes not have agrpc_rich_error, triggering another error. This was fixed by aborting with an INTERNAL error code whenever a regularExceptionis raised.Suggested manual testing checklist
