Issue with submission form's repeatable fields #817

Describe the bug
After merge of #541 the repeatable fields of the submission form doesn't work properly.
Indeed when you try to add, delete or change order on a repeatable fields several errors are printed to browser console
In addition when you try to save the submission you get an error and no changes are saved
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- start a new submission
- edit any repeatable fields by adding, removing or changing order
- save submission
