Fetching and parsing browse entries #255
Description
To enable browsing by metadata, add the following to the BrowseService:
- a method to fetch the configured browse indices on the server
- a method to fetch the entries browse endpoint for an index, parse and cache the result and turn it in to RemoteData objects
