Definition-of-Done follow-up for #4 / PR #17 (merged), which added the
ROUND,MOD,MAX,MIN,TIME,YEAR,MONTH,DAYbuilt-ins.PR #17 shipped the code, tests, and README table but didn't carry the version bump / changelog / project-doc updates. This commit completes the checklist:
