Summary
Add CodeQL Advanced. Previously, the default CodeQL was used, however, Unity code in the samples/ path wasn't detected, and this caused a CodeQL analytics not working properly warning.
This PR adds a config file to ignore samples/ and runs CodeQL as described in CodeQL documentation.
