An operator to retrieve a variable by name

Short description:

Certain types of automation would be easier if I could retrieve a variable by name, rather than needing a direct reference to the variable itself. It would cut down on the number of variable cards I need when repeating the same thing multiple times.

For example, I've used Integrated Dynamics to spy on ElementalCraft element sources. I need four of almost everything (one for each element). If I could retrieve variables by name, it would cut down on the amount of duplication.
