Meme-bot: Error reporting takes place in the channel the command took place in #2

Description

@CptSpaceToaster

This is an area that requires a tiny bit more research, but right now, the behavior is not ideal.

I may be able to respond to a user who submitted erroneous input in a direct message. Which would clean-up spam from the bot in a public channel setting.

Ideally, the bot would silently reply immediatly as the user typed a wrong command (like giphy) but I doubt that's a publically accessible feature without getting help from slack's side of things.
