refactor(ui): add AES CBC/GCM mode selection and IV handling in encryption.vue

• Added support for selecting AES mode (CBC or GCM) in the encryption tool UI.
• Implemented AES-GCM encryption/decryption using the Web Crypto API.
• Users can now edit the IV for AES-GCM mode, with validation and random generation.
• Improved error handling: decryption errors are now shown as alerts in the UI.
• Updated the UI to reflect new options and error states.
