I am using an OPI screen with a Menu Button which has a rule that sets the pv_value to pvStr0 of a bi PV. If I open the OPI a couple of times, I sometimes get the numeric value and sometimes BOY displays the string representation. See screenshots. A minimal OPI file is sufficient to reproduce the issue.
