Need VLong and VLongArray for VType

VLong and VLongArray are needed to hold long integers.

I would agree. Do you need this this right now? What's your priority on this?
(It's not in JCA, so we might have to move it to the next milestone)

Currently, I can still use VDouble or VDoubleArray, so it is not such high priority.

Funny ... probe gives a VInt for DBR_Long ... but it's okay because if you send an IOC anything over 32 bits it changes the value to -1. I can imagine pvaccess has a larger long, but in ca VInt should be fine. So, it doesn't change that it needs to be done.

Putting this in the backlog. Will implement when we have data that needs this. Probably when Matej needs it.
