@pradeeban sorry about #500 getting closed, reset dev to match upstream and it auto-closed. Fixes the mkconcore.py noise... as you asked, keeping the changes bare minimum :D |

Java had concoredocker.java but nothing for local file I/O, couldn't
run a Java node without Docker.
adds concore.java
