I've written a script that will take arguments as ZMQ_PORT and PORT_NAME and append those in the sourcefiles where edge labels are of the form 0x[PORT]_[PORT_NAME], so the user in concore editor should only use these variables instead of fixing the port and port name in the sourcecode.
