Configuration based Settings JSON Serialization

# Description 
As of today the settings handling in alphaTab for JSON is done manually. This is hard to maintain and prone to errors and inconsistencies. 

# Possible Solutions
It would be better if each setting defines the serialization information by attributes just like most serialization systems also do it.
