Default Marketing starter site fails to install

Description

The default Marketing site doesn't get installed so it affects onboarding for the Neve theme.

When importing it fails and you remain on this page: https://periodicrock.s5-tastewp.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=neve-onboarding

In the console I see:

I tested this on tastewp, instawp, local site and it fails everywhere. Other starter sites that I tried are installed correctly.
