Package Donation – Bug Fix
Fixed an issue where the Total Donation amount was not updating when the donation amount changed while "I'll generously add $X to cover the transaction fees..." was already selected.
Now, if the checkbox is selected, the Total Donation is recalculated and updated live whenever the donation amount changes.
Total Donation = Donation Amount + Applicable Fees. No need to uncheck and recheck the checkbox.
[feature] Added the Delete button if user created a extra fund or want to remove a selected fund
