V2 snapshots rollout

As of NV27, all implementations support v2 snapshots with F3 data. On calibnet, all nodes must have this support, on mainnet this will happen today. Nonetheless, serving v2 snapshots for mainnet is postponed until ~Oct 7th as to avoid clashes with the network upgrade itself/weekend/Golden Week.

The snapshot service currently serves the latest v1 snapshots by default; this will change:

• calibnet will start serving v2 snapshots - Sep 24th
• mainnet will start serving v2 snapshots - Oct 9th

Hey @ADobrodey , when I send a HEAD request to https://forest-archive.chainsafe.dev/latest/calibnet it's very fast, but it's very slow for https://forest-archive.chainsafe.dev/latest-v1/calibnet and https://forest-archive.chainsafe.dev/latest-v2/calibnet . Could you please check this potential performance issue?

We would like to deprecate and remove custom endpoints (v1, v2) and leave only /latest. We are still happy to know when you would agree to switch off v1 snapshots generation and endpoints?

I think you're definitely safe to not advertise the snapshots (i.e., hide the links from the website) to force adoption of v2 so we can discover sooner rather than later if there are problems. After X days/weeks of no issues reported, I think we're then fine to not generate them anymore either.
