For now, could you please download the latest version of the tiger library from https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/tiger/ ?

@valeu Hi Valentina, I have failed in installation of many packages required... including: xgboost, glmnet, rgl, ConsRank, adabag, rminer, msg, pbkrtest, car, rstatix, ggpubr

But when I try to install CHIPIN from github, the error only reports missing "rgl". Does it mean I only need to solve this one? I also have no idea why these packages cannot be installed...

Dear @Yuling-Zhao, I am Lélia Polit the first author of this package. Concerning the issue with rgl if you are working on Mac OS X did you have XQuartz installed ?
