automate JSDoc and JavaDoc generation and hosting on each release

I think this needs to be given a higher priority and looked at soon. I've just discovered that the API docs for the last 3 releases (1.0, 1.0.1 and 1.0.2) didn't have any API docs hosted. I'm going to fix this manually but we should automate this (or add an automated warning when they aren't hosted) so we don't forget in future. // @thecapdan @dchambers
