Create GWT/Verifier compatibility layer on top of continuable-mocha

• Implement jasmine-clock #1592
• Implement continuable-mocha #1593
• Publish mock4js to NPM #1594

This is mostly done, here:

but was still underway because the tests for some of the fixtures hadn't yet been ported.
