Licence server locally hosted with what machine is using it

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have multiple floating licences in use, they are constantly activated/deactivated by our engineers, but sometimes it also hangs on one machine. We would like to have an overview of what machine is using what licence (most important) and to be able to force release that licence if possible.

Describe the solution you'd like
The very best would be that we can put all our licences on this licence server and Groot2 just picks the next available licence to use for this session, or request it for a longer time.
