Curation / Links: Show and change difference to most recent version

Data curators (and users) would like to see and easily update links that refer to an older version but should link to the most recent version.

Example: A publication dataset links to datasets, but metadata is curated afterward. The link should refer to the most recent version of the publication. The user or data curator would like to see and easily update existing links to the most recent dataset version.

Currently, the old link has to be deleted and a new one needs to be created.
