- Subject of "release tag request" mail contains typo (Relaese)
- Subject should follow the email naming conventions
- Mail should contain a general text

Mail body/text: User "display name" has submitted a release request for the dataset "name of dataset" (ID: xxx).
Intention: Text provided by the user in the release UI.
