we have two pipelines that are running unit tests

Unit test pipeline - https://identitydivision.visualstudio.com/IDDP/_build?definitionId=762&_a=summary

Integration pipeline - https://identitydivision.visualstudio.com/IDDP/_build?definitionId=785&_a=summary (also runs unit tests)

Suggest we rename the second one to a simple PR pipeline and kill the first one.
