when trying to fix xBRZ not working for green (or blue) icon gfx when scaling list icons, I found that the background with 0,0,0 color is the problem.
when changing the fill to the background, it changed to the full entry (including text) and that felt good :).
is disable-able.
set default to 8,8,8 (rgb) imperceptible darkest gray possible.
