Implemented receiving metadata and proto files from the lighthouse. Now the storage provider for receiving files is selected depending on the URI (in the Registry) or service_api_source (in the service metadata). The structure has been changed, now the subpackage is called storage_provider instead of metadata_provider, just like the StorageProvider class. Some functions and methods in various modules have been slightly changed.
