Bump the bundled @altimateai/altimate-core engine dependency in packages/opencode from 0.4.0 to the latest published release 0.5.1.
Keeps the embedded SQL/equivalence/rewrite engine current with the latest core fixes and features. Native platform binaries (darwin-arm64, darwin-x64, linux-arm64-gnu, linux-x64-gnu, win32-x64-msvc) move in lockstep via the lockfile.
