Datagrid detail - not pulling new data when switching between rows

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior OR commands run:

1. Go to Runs/Templates/Notifications
2. Click on detail of row 1
3. Click on detail of row 2
4. See error: No data pulled for row 2

Expected behavior

Should get new data when switching rows

Additional context

Clarity stopped destructing/constructing datagrid detail when switching rows.
Caused by Clarity upgrade 13.0.2 -> 13.11.1
