[Bug] cron task excuting muti times which is not expected #11707

Problem Description
when I using the job task function , I set cron such as
40 8 * * *
40 11 * * *
40 16 * * *
which means I only expect the task to run three times a day on 08:40 11:40 and 16:40 . but actural run time always muti times 。I have attach the task report in attachment ,please check !
