Out of date dependency: flatted 3.3.3 causes Uncontrolled Recursion

I got an alert through Snyk that this is caused by an outdated flatted dependency (and can be fixed by updating to flatted@3.4.0).

This is CWE-674, the exact pull request in flatted is pull request number 88. Snyk has more information in their vulnerability database.

I hope you can update this and put out a new release when you are able to do so.
