Graph2D throws error when `horizontalScroll` is present

horizontalScroll appears to work on Graph2D instances, but throws an error in the console.

Problem value found at:
options = {
  horizontalScroll
}

Errors have been found in the supplied options object.

Hi @awidener3

The warning is warranted at this point because if you enable it you will get horizontal scroll and zoom at the same time which is not a very usable feature.

If anyone would like to contribute (appreciated), I didn't look into this nor test it extensively myself but it should be fairly straightforward:

1. Disable Graph2d zoom when horizontal scroll is enabled.
2. Copy horizontal scroll options from TimelineOptions to Graph2d options.
3. Open a PR.

Since I introduced the feature for the timeline I guess I should be the one to fix this. I will take the time to look into it this week most likely.
