  • Learned Java and Android SDK in 2017; this whole year was spent learning
  • Released my first app on the Play Store in 2018
  • Learned Flutter, JavaScript, Express.js, and MongoDB in 2019
  • Landed my first freelance project in 2020
  • Learned AWS and basic Linux commands in 2020 because of client needs
  • Learned HTML & CSS in 2021
  • Learned Typescript, React.js, Next.js, React Native, Tailwind, Dovecot, Postfix, and other small frameworks/technologies/best practices because of client needs, in 2021 & 2022
  • Learned TDD, CI/CD, and some DevOps in 2022
  • Learned primary DS in 2022
  • Learned MongoDB aggregations, Streams, and SEO in 2023
  • Took a break from Coding in Jan 2024
  • Transitioned from Next.js to Tanstack Start for speed and DX purposes in 2025
  • Stopped rolling my own email servers and auth for speed and DX purposes in 2025
