`rpyc` claims Python 3.14 support but fails to install on Windows due to indirect `pywin32` dependency

Hi,

I'm encountering an installation issue with rpyc on Windows using Python 3.14.

Although rpyc on PyPI lists support for Python 3.14, it currently cannot be installed on Windows because of an indirect dependency pywin32.
