[PRNTR F407 V1] Update PeripheralPins.c and fix analog pins

PA8 has no ADC.
PB0 was missing but used for E1_DIR.
PA15 has no ADC_IN (only ADC EXTI which is not supported)
PC5 used for Y_STEP

This allows to remove duplicated pins as all are consecutives.
