Is it possible to embed a small React app (assistant-ui) inside a SQLPage page?

Hi All

I’m evaluating SQLPage as the primary framework for a data-driven application and would like to embed a small AI assistant interface built with https://www.assistant-ui.com/ on certain pages.
The idea is:

• SQLPage → handles dashboards, CRUD, and SQL-driven UI
• assistant-ui (React bundle) → provides a chat interface for conversational querying/explanations
• SQLPage remains the only server (no separate Node backend)

What I’m Trying to Do

1. Build assistant-ui as a static bundle (via Vite or similar).
2. Mount it inside a SQLPage custom component/template, e.g.:

3. Use SQLPage .sql routes returning JSON as the backend endpoints consumed by the assistant.

Questions

• Is embedding a compiled JS/React micro-frontend like this aligned with SQLPage’s intended extensibility model?
• Is using SQLPage routes as JSON APIs for such a component a supported pattern?
• Are there CSP considerations or recommended ways to safely include a larger JS bundle?
• More broadly: is this kind of hybrid (SQLPage + embedded JS app) something SQLPage is designed to support, or is it considered outside scope?
• Or is there any other way to use assistant-ui with sqlpage?
