Only show image of actual feed

Sometimes, if I hit the key too fast and often, and the loading of the images aren't fast enough, I see the images from "older" feeds in the last feed.
It would be nice, if only the image(s) of the actual feed are shown.
Is it possible to "forget" the images of the "older" feeds (and not always show them)?
