s3cmd uses python3-magic which conflicts with python3-file-magic #1426

Description

@frankcrawford

s3cmd requires python3-magic but there is also a similar package python3-file-magic which conflicts with it, and in Fedora 42 you cannot install both packages at the same time.

To make matters worse some essential Fedora packages use python3-file-magic so it is most often already installed and so you cannot install sc3md.

More details can be found in this discussion https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/is-it-possible-to-unravel-the-python-magic-packaging-clusterfsck/136792/4

As the packager in Fedora for s3cmd it is an issue I need to find a resolution for.

Currently, this is just raising the issue for discussion, but eventually some resolution needs to be found.
