Support File Repo Actions

Redcap has 5 file repo actions that pycap doesn't support, it would be nice to see them added.

• Create a New Folder in the File Repository
• Export a List of Files/Folders from the File Repository
• Export a File from the File Repository
• Import a File into the File Repository
• Delete a File from the File Repository

Hey there, thanks for the issue. I'm curious, what's your use case for these? I've personally never used them. Any files stored in the repo were usually static/one-time deals.

Also, we do support exporting, importing, and deleting a file into records: http://redcap-tools.github.io/PyCap/api_reference/files/

But you are correct that we don't have any methods for the file repository

Hey @pwildenhain, we have some folks that preform data loads by dropping off a file in a folder in the file repo. We have a cron that runs, checks the repo for any new files, downloads them, performs some manipulation, and then loads the data into the redcap project. This is data from systems we can't otherwise interface with to pull data more directly.
