Education Application greyed out despite correct information. URGENT.

Hi everyone,

I have tried following different guides but nothing is working. My email is correct and verified, the education provider is correct. I have made it primary, then logged out and back in. There is no other advice I can find other than to contact the support. Please help, I have a project due in 2 days.

Try using the lowercase domain so:
waes.ac.uk
also make sure you press Share Location otherwise it won't work.
