I’ve recently released a new open-source project called Luminara - a lightweight, zero-dependency HTTP client built directly on top of native fetch.
I built it because modern apps need more than what fetch gives you:
retries, backoff algorithms, request hedging, rate limiting, interceptors, metrics, dedupe/debounce, etc. Most libraries cover only part of that - so Luminara provides a complete request lifecycle in one place.
