The make file is a very stripped down version of https://github.com/WyriHaximus/php-test-utilities/blob/4986178f2ff00403c95482706314254829967d58/Makefile to make running code style fixes and checking, PHPStan, and PHPUnit quick and easy. It has some rough edges but a decent start
