How to avoid the progress bar acceleration?

Hi!

I am using your library for an OTP application. The idea is to fill the progress bar proportionally in every second, until it reaches 30 seconds, which is when it is full. The probelam that I have is that when starting and finishing the progress, each time between steps is very short and when it reaches the middle it goes too fast. Any ideas?
