Move Visual Builder page under Runtime > Web Interface page (ADK Web)

This PR moves the adk web Visual Builder page content under the Runtime > Web Interface page, adds a redirect from the old URL, and makes improvements to both pages.

Thanks for the review and suggestion. I separated the pages as they were before, placed the "Visual Builder" page under "Web Interface", and kept all other improvements.

navigation changes are good, but I was thinking to leave the /visual-builder/index.md file in place. (see my comment)

Got it, thanks for clarifying. Updated per your feedback. Visual Builder file stays at its original path to preserve the /visual-builder/ URL. It's nested under "Web Interface" in the nav.
